The 2012 European Championships are coming. After rolling out a new series of international away replica, Nike turn their attention to their headline pieces of the tournament – the new home kits for some of the leading nations in the world.

The visual design of each federation kit is developed around key insights inspired by the national identity and the distinctive football culture of every nation. Rich detailing throughout the jersey and shorts inspires the history and heritage of each team. 


Speaking about Nike's new line of international replica, Nike designer Thom Walker said; ''We’ve made tremendous advancements in design and technology since the last Federation kits. They’re faster, lighter, and stronger than ever before. The 23% lighter material means that they are carrying less weight on the pitch.'' 





''Laser-cool ventilation on the side of the garments means that they have localised cooling where they need it. That, combined with the new aerodynamic fit, means that it is the most advanced kit that we have ever produced.''
